Abstract
The vision of Top Glove is “we strive to be the world’s leading manufacturer with excellent quality glove products and services that enrich and protect human lives”, which means manufacture a glove that can protect the human health and safety as well. While, the mission is “to be a world class glove manufacturer by providing top quality products with excellent services through continuous improvement and innovation” which mean continuously reform and change to manufacturer a best quality of glove products. Top glove corporation berhad’s business direction is to produce high quality gloves consistently with efficient low cost. The main strategy for the successful of top glove would be cost leadership strategy. Besides, Top glove was able to reduce thickness of glove without lower the quality of glove. Top Glove offers a broad and distinct product range fulfilling demand in both the healthcare and non-healthcare segment. Top glove organisation is aggressively expanding its business scope and on the lookout for merger and acquisition opportunities in similar and related industries. Further, The company expand their business through diversification into related business or diversification by acquisition of an existing business. Acquisition of the company in the same industry will improve the company strength in production, reaching customer, and operation.
