Abstract
The name of our company is Coming Cleaning Sdn Bhd. It is a business that provides cleaning services to the customer. For example, we are providing provide commercial cleaning services such as carpet & upholstery shampooing, initial cleaning for newly completed housing projects, Maintenance service of shop front, floors cleaning & polishing, and general cleaning for Moving -in or Moving -out. Our main office is located at 1st and 2nd floor Kingfisher, Lorong D, Jalan Sulaman, Menggatal, 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We estimated to start up our business on February 2014. With the reference of government of Sabah there are 3.12 million people in Sabah, and 2 million of them own a house and have a carrier. Besides that, based on research whereby most of them have a busy life with limited time to clean their house. Thus, we see it as a market to provide cleaning service in today's market. The future prospects of our business are not only on area of Sepanggar, but to an extent around Sabah. Whereby, our company were aiming to be the major provider of cleaning service around Sabah. On the other hand, since most people were living in a urban life, therefore this business has a high potential to expand.
