Abstract
This research concentrates on the application of Mastery Learning approach in teaching English in the classroom. It tries to look on the importance of the approach, the suitability of the approach, the problems in carry out the approach and the recommendations regarding the approach.
It is also to see whether mastery learning is the best approach to be applied in teaching English in the classroom and can enhance the pupils’ performance in their test.
Through this research, we will also tries to see the teachers’ level of information and knowledge about mastery learning approach and how they apply it in the classroom.
