A study on cost, location, and program offered that influence the students to pursue Master study among UiTM Kedah Bachelor of Administrative Science students / Mohamad Hakim Mohamad Ali and Muhammad Suheil Umar

A college education is a requirement in these days and age. According to the online portal, studymalaysia.com, secondary school qualification such as the SPM doesn't seem enough to get a good job to secure a bright future due to the development made by country that needs expertise with higher qualification. Employers not only look for employees with Diplomas or Degrees as evidence of learning but also for the maturity and skills that people acquire from their years in college. In Malaysia, researches have studied the college decision from a variety of perspectives and have identified a number of variables associated with the student college choice decision process. Therefore, this study aims to find out factors influencing the intention of Bachelor of Administrative Science and Policy Studies students to pursue their Master education level at UiTM Kedah. Other than that, the objective of this study is to identify which gender is keener to pursue their Master level education and to explain the study on cost, location, and program offered towards intention of the students to pursue Master study. A questionnaire has been distributed among 186 Bachelor Degree students in UiTM Kedah. In order to answer the research objectives, Descriptive Analysis and Pearson Correlation have been used by the researcher. The findings provide researcher with greater insight into the factors that influence the students to pursue Master study by Bachelor of Administrative Science and Policy Studies students in UiTM Kedah.
