Abstract

There are various work motivation factors in the workplace. Each of the factors may differ from each individual of what drive them motivate in the workplace. Some of the employee may motivate by the wages offer by organization and other might be in term of working condition, interesting work and so on. Thus, this study refers to the employee in the organization of Yayasan Sabah by see the factor listed where several work motivation factors that important to them, there are five factors that have been listed in this research which is job security, career development, interesting work, working condition and good remuneration package. Proactive perception capture the importance of work motivation of employees that vary in work performed based on the work motivation factors. Here, the employee will know which are these factors that importance to them and see which of these factors that has a high correlation with the work motivation.
