In introduction we had to choose the best business plan. Then we decide this business plan because it has high opportunity to success. In chapter two we know the propose for preparing business plan.

In chapter 3 we had explained the company background for this project. Then in chapter 4 we describe detail about our partner background. Location of the business in detailed have we done in chapter 5.

In main body of business plan is administrative plan of chapter 6 will be explain in man power planning, organization chart, list of office equipment and etc. Marketing plan on chapter 7 will explain service description, market size, target market, completion, and market share and so on.

Operation plan in chapter 8 will teach how to males process flow chart, operation process production schedule and material. Lastly, in chapter 9 in financial plan we determining the total project cost which include cash flow, income statement and balance sheet.
