Construction industry has become one of the Malaysian economical growth factor. Class F contractor is the lowest grade of contractor, which is allowed to get project less than RM 100,000 offered by the government and private sector. It is special for Bumiputera people, which the F class has been formed to take care of the importance of them. The main requirements to qualify for the registration are that the company should have 100 percent Bumiputera in management, share holding and staff. The class F contractor contributes the highest number of Bumiputera contractors’ that is 80 percent of the total. The main objective of this project is to find out the effect of knowledge (education level) in the performance of class F contractor. The factors, which made them successful or failure in their projects will be highlighted. Studies in Selangor showed that only a small number of class F contractor were able to maintain their grade and the number were upgraded to the higher grade not encouraging at all. Any organizations include class F contractor should be sensitive to project management and technological risks in line with the increase in project complexity. So, class F contractor need to survive and improve themselves to achieve their vision with well prepared strategy, pro active, confident and extending the knowledge and experience gained on past or current projects. From the observation, there is no effect of educational level in the performance of class F contractor maybe because the project is not very complex such as road
