Refurbisment of shopping mall / Noor Liana Husna Kasim

This report that I do based on my case study at AEON Big Shopping mall that located at Forest Height. The owner of this building is Y. Bhg. Dato' Haji Abd. Halim Bin Haji Abd. Latif. This building have two floors, and for this project it will do refurbish for internal area and improved existing design like add cafe at the first floor. This building also will added more portion wall for each floor to be divided for all
department from Seremban and Nilai Municipal Council.
Beside that, this building will change into office building. This office building will be the workplace for employees of the Seremban City Council . Seremban City Council are declare when Seremban and Nilai Municipal Council are join together.
