It is a business based on the Partnership Agreement under Partnership Act 1961 with the capital contribution from members totaling of RM 375,000 thus will be finance by Bank Pertanian Malaysia of RM 561,688 at interest rate 10% per annum and a Hire Purchase Agreement of RM 26,9480 which made the total capital to start the business of RM 1,206,168.
Through research and survey, we received information that the demand for Tiger Prawn 1s very high and the prawn breeders in local area may not be enough to supply Tiger Prawn to the customers. So we decided to be one of the Tiger Prawn breeders thus putting ourselves as the same level as other entrepreneurs. Even though, there are four competitors here, we believed that our company has enough
ability to compete with other companies since we have the capabilities, knowledge and equipment to run this business.
