Abstract
This research study has utilized the OLS regression model to generate all the variable data into statistical data to examine the significant relationship between chosen macroeconomic factors (CIT, GDP, FDI and GE) and unemployment rate in Malaysia. This study uses the available data from worldbank.com, International Monetary Fund and Bank Negara Malaysia and Trading Economics with 31 observation sample from year 1987 to 2017. The result from this study is really important for policy maker to make future decision regarding this topic. This study conclude that CIT play the important roles in the Malaysia economic, therefore policy maker should make consideration on CIT in the future.
