Abstract

This project is about study the effect of density to product using hot chamber die casting machine. Casting process has been done by using a pressure of 50 Kpa to 65 Kpa. Each sample is taken 5 sample.The final project will be carry out density test using immerse method.
End of the experiments it is observed that pressure 65 Kpa produce an excellent result with superior density 6.10 g/enr.
