This report will be explains about payment in construction. Payment in construction is an important element in construction work. In this report I will be explain about payment in construction base on Mah Sing ways. This report is divided into several chapter and start from chapter 1. Chapter 1 is the details of company and end at Chapter 5 conclusion. At this report also I will attached my reference and appendix as extra information. For chapter 1 I will explain details about my company profile during my internships at Mah Sing Group Berhad. The location of my company during internship. I also have talk about organization chart of my company. And also another topic that I will explain in this chapter. Chapter 2 is literature review, at this chapter I will explain payment, plan of work of payment, classification and function of payment, method of payment and lastly for this chapter I will talk about the advantage and disadvantage of payments. Next, chapter 3 is case study. In this chapter I will explain in more detail about my case study, what payment involve in my case study, the process of valuation payment that involve in my case study, why must contractor and consultant paid progressively, term and condition of payment in my case study and process of interim payment to contractor in my case study. Chapter 4 is problem and recommendation. In this chapter I will talk about the problem that usually happens in my company during the payment process and I also will give so suggestion for overcome the solution for this problems. And lastly Chapter 5 is conclusion. That I will conclude all chapters that I do in this report.
