Abstract
This study is conducted to identify the most importance of employability skills from managers' perspective. The objectives of the study were: (a) to identify the most importance of employability skills from managers' perspective (b) to determine differences in the importance of employability skills from the perspective of managers based on company type (c) to examine differences in the importance of employability skills from the perspective of managers based on department size. For the purpose of this study, 76 managers were selected through simple random sampling technique. To achieve the objectives, data were collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis showed that English Proficiency and Literacy Skills is the most importance of employability skills from managers' perspective. The study reflected the elements of self-management skills, leadership skills, and communication skills are not demanded by some managers.
