Abstract
ASAS BAYU SDN BHD is a wholly owned by Bumiputera company which has incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 on 9th January 1997, with a paid up capital of RM 1,800,000. The main objective of establishing ASAS BAYU SDN BHD is to take a lot of advantage in the business with clear view to the interest of the people, state and country.
In this setting, directors of the company have a clear objective in accordance with the requirements of the commercial sector to develop Bumiputera status in the business arena where this consistent with the goals and policies of the government. Since its inception, the company wasted no time in finding and identifying opportunities that are available and have made high number of potential business relationship for the future.
