Abstract

Our company name is called The Pencil Paradise Corporation which focuses on home and
office interior designing as the main service. Therefore, the designs will be chosen based on
the client's demands. Hence, the reason why we did home and office interior designing is that
most of our employee is expert on the art of designing houses and offices as our field of
expertise and our business is located on Alamesra, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Thus, our company
target to start business operation 1 month after our loan RM50, 000 approved by CIMB
Bank. We also will contribute RM 25,000 for each of our member so our capital will be RM
200,000. We start our business at January 2015.
