Procedure of renovation work and site monitoring at Indera Sakti dining hall / Mohd Asyraf Syahmi Mohammed Zaini

This practical training report has been prepared in accordance with the terms and condition. I would highlight issues the procedure of renovation works and site monitoring to give a thorough understanding of the property. It’s important to make sure the building function as required. In case study, I was focus on the Indera Sakti Dining Hall at UiTM Seri Iskandar, Perak. This dining hall was built in over than 12 years. It also was built with using good material and still in good condition. As site monitoring, I observe the renovation work that occur at that building and carried out the procedure of renovation. This is due to important information in my practical training report to complete the task that was given.
