Abstract

The construction industry in Malaysia is still using the traditional construction method in small to large or mega construction projects. Malaysia is still not adapting to the new method of sustainable construction. All in all, sustainable construction requires undertaking sustainable development standards to the building industry. Sustainable construction covers many aspects, including the social elements which are not focused on the health and safety issues, stakeholders engagements, workplace equity and diversity, initiate job probabilities.
