Abstract

Practical training is one of the main components in university particularly in Universiti Teknologi Mara Campus Seri Iskandar (UITMSI). Students need to pass their industrial training before they can be awarded to the university diploma or degree. The duration of the practical training that they should undergo in a specific organization or industry is one semester (4 months). This placement will expose them to the real working environment.
Furthermore, the practical training is a platform to the students to get experience in industry. So that, the students can apply the knowledge and the theory that they get in university into the real work life.
