Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate The Students' Perceptions and Issues of Using Google Classroom as a Tool of Learning at UiTM Faculty of Music. The data was collected through a quantitative approach. The sample for this study were students from the degree and diploma program departments of the Faculty of Music, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam. A total of 60 respondents, which comprised 30 males and 30 females, were involved in this study; subjects were chosen randomly from first-year students to final year students from each diploma and degree program. Data of the study was collected through the distribution of a questionnaire via Whatsapp application. The findings showed'that students prefer to use Google Classroom as it contains no ads and never uses student's content or data for advertising purposes. In addition, the lecturer can review work, including assignments, questions, grades, and previous comments. From these results, it can be summarized that students prefer to use Google Classroom as it protects private user information, and it allows the educator to immediate responses to their works and; assignment.
