Industrial training is a compulsory for UiTM student as a certificate requirement for graduation. This program helps to increase the number of graduates that able to work and to strengthen the competencies required. In line with that, Industrial Training give opportunities to students the real world of work environment and may improve the reliability of the market.

Moreover, students are potential to gain lot knowledges and experiences related to Civil Engineering field. During Industrial Training, students will observing behavior of engineer and practice to solve the problem that arise. Every engineer must showing a good example of attitudes as a guideline to student practice in the future. It necessary for every engineer must have a high self-confidence and a good communication to be able
to interact with the subordinates well. Tendency for engineer to share their knowledge is higher due to produce a potential new engineer.

Other than that, for every student are obligate to supervised under Industrial Training supervisor who responsible to assign tasks and evaluates overall interns work.
In line with that, each supervisor performs a good way of work by ensuring the students are able to gain new knowledge and apply what have learn in daily work. Not to mention the regulation for every company which has been set for all students to comply are given clearly explanation. He is very concerned and wants every students to take good behavior to keep the good name of institution.

For the information, I have started my internship on 8 July 2018 and ended on 30
August 2018 at Department of Irrigation and Drainage, Muar supervised by Tuan Haji
