This report is to give the reader the full information about my industrial training at Damai Abadi (Johor) Facility Management (DAJFM) in Universiti Teknologi MARA
(UiTM) Pasir Gudang. Industrial training is one of the compulsory subjects that must be taken by every civil engineering students in UiTM in order to graduate. The industrial training can be completed by applying in developer, consultant, construction, factory or company that is related to civil engineering. This industrial training can give students experiences and knowledges in a working environment before going through the real
working life. It also let students apply the theories and practical that was learned in university into the real working scenarios.

Other than that, students can learn basic skills while working with other people in the organization of the company. The skills are teamwork, communication, self-
management, leadership awareness and management. This can be learned naturally by interacting with other colleagues and also other workers. Furthermore, the industrial training can be a medium for students to practice their knowledge while showing capabilities and also efficiencies in doing work as well as to complete the industrial training report. Students learned how work is delegated between the employees while being discipline, responsible and also the commitment in doing the delegated task given to them.

Damai Abadi (Johor) Facility Management Sdn. Bhd. is led by Encik Radin Herman bin Radin Hamdi as the facility manager. I was placed under the supervision of Encik Noor Aizam bin Bahauddin under the preventive maintenance department.
