Abstract
This paper has investigated the effect of agricultural production on environment in
Malaysia. Based on credible past researchers, some agriculture production does affect the
environment of the surrounding.
This research study is conducted by using secondary data where sources are collected
from worldbank data, index mundi, Department Of Statistic (MAMPU-www.data.gov.my)
and Malaysian Cocoa Board. Which cover the duration from 1985 until 2014 by using
monthly basis.
Therefore the Carbon Dioxide will be the dependent variable while Palm Oil
Production (POP), Rubber Production (RP) and Cocoa Production (CP) as independent
variables in this research study.
According to the result of this research study, the independent variables have both
positive negative relationship towards the dependent variable.
