Abstract
The purpose of the thesis is to investigate the relationship between Disposable Income, Interest Rate, supply condition and the movement of house prices in Malaysia. Besides that, it also to study which is the main factors influence in determinant of house prices in Malaysia. The reason why government should internalized the house prices as stated by the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak. Therefore, it needs to know about the determinant of house prices in Malaysia. Researcher uses the quarterly data from 1997 to 2011 of the house prices index as the dependent variable, disposable income, interest rate, supply condition as the independent variable. By having that data, the researcher uses SPSS to find the result. The finding comes out with the four variables selected are significant while only one variable is not significant. Two variables are disposable income and interest rate has the positive relationship and only supply condition detected insignificant relationship towards the determinant of house prices in Malaysia
