Abstract
We had chosen the painting supply as our business. This business is one of the partnership business which is involving four person that have good basic in business and management. The idea to introduce this business comes after doing observation and small research in Kota Samarahan area near UiTM campus. Our Business Plan is pointing to become the famous official supplier paint in Sarawak because most of the supplier located at Kuching City. The lack of paint supplier in Samarahan affect the local to buy this wall finishes. So, we want make a business for the future démand and profit
Besides that, customer also can ask for their problems, design and so on. Hence, we would like to take this opportunity since there is a high potential of validity in this business and we will put the priority on the quality of the products, customers satisfaction and customer's conveniences.
Our target customers are resident from Kota Samarahan and Asajaya. We expect that all the future hotels, a new UiTM campus, restaurants and residents from this population can become our customers. According to our observation, Kota Samarahan is in developing process. For example, many constructions have started now, And we believe that our business can be commercialized to the higher stage- For long term, this business is predicted will bring a lot of profit when it reaches a stable level in the market
