Abstract

Inflation is a major economy issue for a country development, which will affect not
only the economy performance and to the citizens. Many studies have been conducts in
identify the determinants of inflation in economy environment, and this study also focus
on identify the determinants of inflation which selected thirty-three developing
countries with framework of twenty-seven years’ time gap start form 1991 until 2017.
In this study, the researcher more focusing on the detecting the relationship between
inflation and three selected macroeconomic which is unemployment rate, money supply
and gross domestic product. The major finding of this study is there is existed
significant relationship between inflation with money supply and gross domestic
product in developing countries. The result shows no prove on significant relationship
between inflation and unemployment.
