Abstract
This research is carried to investigate the contribution of agriculture sector toward
the economic growth for the developing countries. The variable, been carried out is
gross domestic product(GDP) as the dependent variable, and the independent
variables are inflation(INF), export(EXP), agriculture production(AG.PRO), and
foreign direct investment(FDI).
This study carrying 250 observations consist of 10 developing countries in the
world and involving period of time gap OF 25 years from 1993 to 2017. This study
will be carried out thru panel test. There are many studies already been conducted
within the same scope of area of finding. As a result, the researcher finds that there is
significant relationship between the variable such inflation, export and foreign direct
investment. However, for the agricultural production factor has no relationship with
the economic growth.
