Case Study : Wan Maju Jaya Enterprise ‘Satar Roll’/ Nur Ain Samsudin

Wan Maju Jaya Enterprise is sole proprietorship type of business in a secondary sector mainly consist of manual process of satar roll done by two workers and the owner itself in order to meet customer demand. The process of sata roll including sticking process, fish filling and rolling before packaging process.It located at Kawasan Perindustrian, Pulau Serai, Dungun Terengganu.
This study is conducted to create awareness and give exposure to the students about the concept and innovation of the products. Other than that, the students will able to improve communication skills among outsider or staff industry in obtaining the necessary information. Last but not least, encourage students to analyse the business using SWOT analysis.
I had done some research about this company and basically I had identify the major problem in this company. So, when the current issues of the company had been collected, I will make some adjustment to make some improvement towards this company. The issues faced by the company is the roll process is manully done by the owner and assisted by two permanet workers. As a result Wan Maju Enterprise has limited volume of production (2000 per day ) this number of production unable to meet the high demand from customers. The project is proposed as a solution to overcome problems faced by Wan Maju Enterprise in running their production Frozen Sata Roll “Sata Gulung”. One of their problems is low production capability due to current manual process
