Abstract

the researcher chooses Keropok 087 Araf as her case study. She obtained an idea from her hometown, Terengganu. Terengganu is situated in eastern Peninsular Malaysia and is bordered in the northwest by Kelantan, the southwest by Pahang and the east by the South China Sea. Fishing is a major industry at Terengganu. According to Nabil(2018), from a history, ‘keropok lekor’ began over 30-40 years ago when the fishermen returning from the seas would come home with an overabundance of fish. The excess of fish led to many villagers to create a new snack. From time to time, ‘keropok lekor’ become infamous because of it taste and uniqueness
