Abstract
Terdapat beberapa peringkat penggunaan kaedah statistik dalam kawalan proses
iaitu kaedah permulaan, pertengahan dan peringkat tinggi. Kertas kerja ini akan
hanya memfokuskan kaedah statistik peringkat permulaan iaitu 7 alat yang digunakan
untuk suatu kawalan proses
