Abstract

This study was to analyze the factors of Physical and Psychological Environment and its relationship with Employee’s Performance. This study was conducted in Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and to analyze the factors of Physical and Psychological Environment that related to the Employee’s Performance in PNB. The study uses quantitative researches approaches. Quantitative data collection consisted questionnaires. A questionnaire was developed based on journals and there were used 60 completed questionnaires in the analysis. Both factors are significant and positively related to the Employee’s Performance. The researchers indicate the Employee’s Performance as the dependent variable and act as a primary source for the finding result.
