Abstract
This study is focus on the theory of budgeting in non-profit organization. This study has been done at Malacca Museum Corporation, located at Kompleks Warisan Melaka, Jalan Kota, 75000 Melaka. This study focuses on the budgeting of PERZIM. Besides that, the researcher also identifies the process of how the manager manage and adapt the theory of budgeting in PERZIM. While other aspects such as suggestion and recommendation will help in enhance the PERZIM management.
