Abstract

The focus of this study is “Office Layout and Quality Facilities Provided in Increasing Employees’ Productivity”. The factors that we are highlight in this research were office layout and quality facilities provided by the employer. The research objectives are to determine the relationship between office layout and quality facilities provided will increase the productivity of the employee in RISDA Malacca. Besides that, this study also to find the satisfaction of the employee towards office layout and current facilities provided by the management. In this study, the correlational study was been adapted and the secondary data was be used such as journals, articles, newspaper, and others sources. The study utilize questionnaire as the instrument for collecting data. Questionnaires have been distributed to 50 employees which is non-executive from all the departments at the organization to do the research. The researchers will have used the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20. From the analysis, the researchers have identified that there is significant relationship between office layout and quality facilities provided in increasing employees’ productivity.
