This study examines the development, formulation, and commercial positioning of Aerora Perfume, a fragrance line specifically engineered for optimal performance in Malaysia's hot and humid tropical climate. Utilizing a qualitative product analysis framework, the research investigates how temperature-adaptive evaporation rates, extended longevity formulations, and fresh olfactory notes are integrated to overcome rapid scent degradation caused by high humidity and perspiration. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the brand's target marketing strategies, local supply chain management, and competitive pricing models within the Malaysian personal care and cosmetics sector. The findings highlight how environment-tailored product design provides a sustainable competitive advantage for local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), offering valuable insights for brand differentiation in the tropical beauty and personal care industry.
