Abstract

The research investigates which elements affect employee willingness to maintain their usage of AI-driven digital learning platforms within small and medium enterprises across Sichuan China. The study applies TAM and ECM to analyze how employees’ perceptions of system ease of use and usefulness affect their satisfaction levels and their decision to continue using the system. The research analyzed data from 312 employees across 87 SMEs through PLS-SEM. The research findings demonstrate that user satisfaction together with perceived usefulness directly affect continuance intention which helps organizations enhance their AI-based training programs for SMEs.
