JPG Terrasolutions Sdn. Bhd.

As a full-time Human Resources student, this report presents an overview of my internship experience at JPG Terrasolutions Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Johor Plantations Group specializing in occupational safety, health and environmental solutions. My internship was conducted as part of the Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Human Resources and Administration (BA2A3) program at UiTM Kampus Bandaraya Melaka. The objective of this internship was to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom and practical experience in a professional environment. During the internship period, I was exposed to the daily operations of JPG Terrasolutions and JPG Planterra Sdn Bhd, including administrative support, human resources-related tasks, handling documentation and assisting in the coordination of safety and compliance programs. Overall, this internship was a meaningful and enriching learning journey. It not only deepened my knowledge of human resources and administrative practices but also equipped me with practical competencies that will play a vital role in my career development.
