Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya

This report summarizes my internship experience at Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya, A Tribute Portfolio as a Human Resources intern under the guidance of all HR teams including my supervisor, Ruby Thangarajah, HR Executive, Iffah Syahirah Khairullah and our Learning and Development Manager, Mohd Shahril Mohd Amin, and my academic advisor, Madam llyani binti Azer. My internship was also supported by my parents, Rosdi Mohamed Zaman and Norzeehan Idris, whose encouragement helped me complete this journey. During the internship, I was involved in recruitment, training coordination, and event planning. This experience allowed me to apply my classroom knowledge to real HR practices, develop soft skills, and gain a clearer understanding of my future career goals.
