Dynasynergy Services Sdn. Bhd. is the company that I chose, and I got accepted by this company for doing my internship from March 3, 2025, until August 15, 2025. This company is one of the subsidiaries under OCK Group Berhad and is located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. During my internship period, I work under the Procurement Department under the supervision of D. Kavitha, Procurement Executive. The objective of this internship is to provide students with exposure to a real working environment, new knowledge, and enhance both hard and soft skills. In this report, it will be divided into nine parts. The cover page, executive summary, table of contents, and acknowledgment cover are under part 1. Next, part 2 is for the student’s profile, and I attached my updated resume in this part. For part 3, about the company’s profile. I have written the background of this company, including the company name, location, vision, mission, objective, and goal of the company. I also explain the services that are provided by this company. Part 4 is for training reflection, in which I explain the date, working day and time, my tasks and responsibilities in this department, and the benefits that I get during my internship period. Next is the important part, which is part 5. In part 5, I need to write about SWOT analysis for this company. Part 6 is for discussion and recommendations that I get for this company. After writing all of the information, I need to do the conclusion in part 7. Last but not least, references and appendices in parts 8 and 9 to support my report.
