Tropicana Golf & Country Resort

This is my report for the 6-month internship program at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. I was under the supervision of Mrs. Zalilahwati Binti Zainal for the period from 3rd March 2025 until 15th August 2025 during the internship programme. Nine sections will be expounded in this industrial training report. Section one is the preliminary page, comprising the executive summary, table of contents, and acknowledgement. Section two is the student's profile, where the latest resume is showcased. Section three will be the company's profile. In this section, I will explain the company name, logo, location, company's background, mission, vision, goals, objectives, organizational structure, products and services offered by the company. Section four is explained by the trainee based on the training reflection experience including duration, working day and time, department functions, responsibilities, assignments, and tasks delegated, and benefits that the trainee gained during internship. Followed by section five will be the SWOT analysis. Here, I will go through the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that have been observed in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. Sixth section is about the discussion and recommendations that I can provide according to what I have gained from the internship program. Seventh section will be the last important section which is the conclusion. Here, I will summarize everything that I have covered since the beginning of the report. Eighth section will be references and ninth section will be appendices. In the appendices section, I will put the related pictures that I have taken during the internship.
