Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders: AAGBS Alumni and ASAS unite for a transformative Coaching for Success program. On Sunday, 5th of November 2023, a remarkable Coaching for Success program with collaboration between AAGBS Alumni and ASAS, started its first chapter today. So, what sets this initiative apart? It's a reciprocal journey of growth and empowerment. Over the course of a year, this collaboration brings together nine industry leaders who are AAGBS Alumni as coaches, and ten participants who are ASAS members as coachees, fostering a rich exchange of wisdom and experiences. The program not only offers insights into the working world but also enhances employability for participants seeking to stand out among Malaysia's top employers. The event started with an inspiring speech from Prof. Dr. Norzanah Mat Nor, establishing the atmosphere for a motivational and transformative journey. Following this, Encik Zainal, the President of AAGBS Alumni delivered a speech, providing further context and motivation. The opening ceremony, led by the Dean of AAGBS, Prof. Dr. Syed Jamal Abdul Nasir Syed Mohamad, marked the official beginning of this collaborative venture.
