Abstract

This research is being conducted in order to determine the awareness of retirement planning among employees at Wisma Bandar. This research is focus on financial literacy that is divided into basic financial literacy and sophisticated financial literacy. Data were collected through questionnaire distributed to the people that from Wisma Bandar. The result shows that there was significant relationship between sophisticated financial literacy and the awareness of retirement planning. While, there is no significant relationship between basic financial literacy and the awareness of retirement planning.
