Sulam project @Sunway Wangsa Walk Mall :the rights of medicine.
Prescription, 1 (3).
Abstract
The SULAM programme welcomed the public to participate in various interactive health education activities, medication awareness sessions, lifestyle counselling, and sustainability-focused healthcare initiatives. Participants were educated on the 5 components of the Rights of Medicine, namely the Right Patient, Right Medicine, Right Dose, Right Route, and Right Time of Administration Time, which play a crucial role in preventing medication errors, ensuring treatment effectiveness, and promoting responsible self-care. By simplifying these concepts, the programme has empowered individuals to take a more active role in managing their own health and medications
