Abstract

The Ministry of Human Resources (KSM) is the main government entity in Malaysia responsible for managing and regulating labour, employment, and human resource issues. The ministry is instrumental in developing labour and employment policies, safeguarding workers' welfare and rights, and providing a favourable climate for labour-related enterprises. It represents Malaysia's dedication to upholding fair labour standards, preserving workers' rights, and fostering workforce development, all of which are critical components of the nation's social and economic prosperity. Ministry of Human Resources (Kementerian Sumber Manusia) is an iconic symbol for people who live in Putrajaya. The Ministry of Human Resources (KSM) is a significant government apparatus in the execution and development of government policies concerning worker welfare and business interests. Through the practice of tripartism, KSM plays a key role in preserving and enhancing corporate harmony for the advancement of the country and the well-being of the people.
