Abstract
Wisma AmFirst is a commercial building located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. It serves as the headquarters for AmFirst Real Estate Investment Trust. The building is fully owned by the Maybank Trustee. Furthermore, the building has a modern architectural design and is known for its distinctive facade and amenities, including retail space and office suites. The name of the architect of this building is Dato Ar Zainal Abidin Mohammed from Visage Architect and the engineer who made this building a success is C.J. Neo & Partners. The number of Floors/Units in this building is 18 floors, 1 basement level, 5 parking levels and 11 levels of office space. This building has Tower 1 and Tower 2, 1 roof level for Tower 1 and Tower 2. Wisma AmFirst is located within SS7, Kelana Jaya and it is easily accessible from Kuala Lumpur City Centre via the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and Federal Highway. The office building comprises of two (2) 16-storey purpose-built office towers sitting atop a 5-storey podium block and one level basement car park.
