The closure of library operations during the Movement Control Order (MCO) has impacted all users because most library services are in physical access. Therefore, exploring technology in digital information marketing has become an initiative to increase information literacy. The adaptation of information technology aims to increase the visibility of the reference services by developing a one-stop platform known as UUM In4Share to find library-curated, authoritative scholarly resources and other useful information for students, academicians, researchers and communities. This platform is a starting point for anyone who needs help by utilizing scholarly resources and connecting with the librarians who can provide further assistance. In addition, it focuses on the technical preparation and configuration of the platform development. The implementation of In4Share has increased the usage statistics of electronic resources effectively and efficiently. The platform has played an essential role in connecting users to support teaching, learning and academic research activities. At the same time, the competencies of the librarians who act as liaison officers in terms of technology, communication and creativity are seen to be increasing and relevant to the development of knowledge sharing.
