Our mantou is unique compared to other competitors as it is produced using a premium quality and highest-grade ingredients to meet customer wants and needs. Besides, the mantou that have been produced by our business can attract more potential customers as the products only take below than ten minutes to be cooked and prepared. This can save their time and energy. In addition, we strongly believed that our products are 100% halal because we are going to apply for halal certification by JAKIM. Approximately 200,000 residents are permanent residences in Cheras. Our business is targeted at people who lived nearby the business premise. Our target market includes 40% of these 200,000 citizens as we are trying to focus more on working people. This is because they have no time to cook or prepare for their meal. Thus, they would prefer to buy a frozen food in order to cut the preparation time. Besides, our business is consistently re-inventing itself to become a customer-centric and dynamic frozen food’s business of the new millennium. Furthermore, Ten Minutes Food also offers a unique competitive advantage namely a post-sale service in order to enhance our customer satisfaction. For an example, return policy is applicable for broken or damage product based on terms and conditions. This is a vital strategy to retain the old customers and to attract the new customers. For the financial performance of the business, our proforma income statement is in a good condition as the gross profit is increasing for the three years. Besides, our net profit margins also are increasing every year. Other than that, our ending cash balance are increasing from RM 1,705,215 in the first year to RM 5,202,187 in the third year.
