Abstract

A business plan is a road map that gives directions to entrepreneurs to help them so that businesses can plan for the future and help avoid bumps in the road. There are several purposes of preparing the business plan. First and foremost, the business plan helps to evaluate the project viability and growth potential. Besides the business plan helps to apply for loans or financing facilities from the relevant financial institutions. Then, it helps to act as a guideline for the management of the proposed business. Next, business plan helps to allocate business resources effectively. This Business plan also will provide more information about the background of the partnership. From this business plan we can know the information about the General Manager, Administration Manager, Marketing Manager, Operation Manager and Financial Manager. From this business plan we can know more detail about the location of business. We can see the physical location of the project. That is because this business plan will provide the picture of the business location project such as building and so on. We also can know more detail about the advantage of location in helping business to achieve our objectives. This business plan also will let you know our marketing plan. The marketing plan is operating documents outlining the advertising strategies that the organization will implement to generate leads and reach its goals in the market. From this marketing plan you will know the description of our products. From this marketing plan also you will know our target market that we want to reach, our market size, our competitors in this business, our sale forecast, our market strategy to improve our business, our organization chart for marketing department, manpower planning, our schedule of remuneration and our marketing budget. Besides, the business plan that we provide will have the Operational Plan. Operational plan is a guideline that an entrepreneur in his business must follow to achieve all of his goals and objectives outlined in the general business plan.
