This report is an analysis of all we learned and observed while visiting Kompleks Islam Putrajaya, which is located in Putrajaya, for our case study. This study encompasses the material that we have studied over the semesters, with a primary focus on the management, operation, and financial upkeep of this building by TH Universal Builders Sdn Bhd's facility management team. This report's content is based on the specifications, and all information and data were gathered in order to complete each of the necessary chapters. In accordance with the specifications, it must contain detail of property, maintenance management organization, maintenance policy and planning, building design and structural design, building condition assessment, maintenance strategy, legal aspect, financial aspect, and the problem and recommendation. The report will conclude with the overall study's findings. All of the content on the analysis, justification, and categorization is written from the perspective of the Diploma in Building Surveying students. The information provided comes from the main sources, which include the internet, the maintenance department, and our own observations of Kompleks Islam Putrajaya. Every building needs maintenance management to guarantee that every part of its quality will be preserved to the highest standard, prolong the building's life cycle, reduce inconvenience, and offer users and tenants comfort, security, and safety.
