Abstract
The Diplomatic Exco of Medical Student Association (MESTA) had also managed to organize a program known as “Tour De Medicine.” Usually, this event is held in order to provide opportunities for participants to visit other medical schools both locally and internationally. This exchange program offers a suitable platform for the students to share opinions as well as exchange streams of thought not only limited to academics, but also in terms of leadership skills such as efficient methods in operating various organizations involving students from other institutions.
