Abstract
LuxeWash Sdn. Bhd. is a 24/7 self-service laundry located in Taman Bandar Puteri, Kajang, offering fast, affordable, and high-quality laundry solutions for urban residents, students, and working professionals. Equipped with industrial-grade machines, cashless payments, automatic detergent dispensers, and comfortable customer amenities, the business aims to capture 40% of a 3,000-household market and generate over RM550,000 in its first year. With strong competitive advantages in accessibility, modern facilities, and efficient digital operations, LuxeWash projects steady annual growth, over RM220,000 in net profit by Year 3, and plans to expand to five outlets and a future franchise model by 2029.
