Case study: Ibu Pejabat Polis Diraja Malaysia, Bukit Aman

This report, we have interpreted all of the activities and analyzes that we have been doing during our inspection at Ibu Pejabat Polis Diraja Malaysia, Bukit Aman. This case study focuses on the management and operation of building maintenance by the building maintenance department. The report encompasses the data obtained from the building and maintenance department, in accordance with the work specifications. In light of all of the above pertaining to property particulars, organizational structure, and maintenance administration inside the building, as well as maintenance policy formulation and strategic planning, architectural design considerations, and technological advancements. Furthermore, the building condition assessment and evaluating the current strategy, including the financial and maintenance budget. We also analyze the issues we found and provide recommendations based on our analysis.
